Influence Church launched its Workington location of church in 2021, becoming one church in five locations. Our Workington location became the second location in Cumbria joining Penrith on the west side of the Pennines.
We meet weekly at 5pm in the Parkway Cinema in Workington for worship and teaching. Running alongside the Sunday service is Hero Factory our kids ministry for all 0-11 year olds. Our vision to be a light to our world. We are called to build a big Church in small towns. A Church that doesn’t remain hidden but that is active in shining the love of Christ and bringing a positive, God centred, influence to our communities and surrounding area including Cockermouth, Maryport and Whitehaven.
In addition to our weekly Sunday services we have Life Groups and various other events throughout the year.
