What We Believe
Here are the core beliefs that as a Church we believe in.
The Existence of God
We believe there is one God, revealed as 3 persons;
Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The Fall of Man
We believe mankind was created pure, but chose to become separated from God through sin.
Genesis 1:26-31, 3:1-7, Romans 5:12-21
Jesus
We believe in the Virgin Birth, Sinless Life, Miraculous Ministry and Substitutionary Death of Jesus. We believe in His Bodily Resurrection, Ascension to Heaven and that He will come again.

Salvation through Jesus
We believe an authentic Christian is someone who has received the gift of salvation through Jesus, who died for our sins and rose again from the grave. Through His blood we have salvation and ‘new birth’.

Baptism of the Holy Spirit
We believe that baptism in the Holy Spirit is an essential part of the Christian experience. Designed to empower believers for service and witness.

Gifts of the Holy Spirit
We believe that Christians can operate in the Gifts of the Spirit today.

The Bible
We believe that the Bible (Old and New Testaments) is the inspired Word of God. It is true and reliable.

God centred Living
We believe our we’re designed as Christians to strive to live a life that honours God in all we say, think and do.

Baptism
We believe a Christian should be baptised through full immersion in water.

Breaking of Bread
We believe a committed Christian should regularly be involved in breaking bread with others.

Healing
We believe God can and does heal the sick today.
Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:16-17, James 5:13-16
Eternal Life
We believe in both heaven and hell and that faith in Jesus makes all the difference.
